What you’ll be doing.

You are building two connected deliverables: a working AI product and the startup story that proves why it matters.

    Understand the challenge

    Research the problem, the people affected, and its real-world context.

  2. 02

    Choose an idea

    Compare your options and select one focused idea your team can finish.

  3. 03

    Plan the solution

    Decide the core features, tools, data, and responsibilities for your team.

  4. 04

    Build and test

    Program the prototype, test the important flows, and improve what does not work.

  5. 05

    Prepare the pitch

    Build a clear deck and demo that explain the solution, technology, and impact.

  6. 06

    Rehearse and present

    Practise speaking as a team, then demonstrate your work to the judges.
