Using this website and joining the event

By using this website or registering for the AI Hackathon, you agree to these terms. Event participation is open only to applicants who meet the eligibility requirements published by HumAIne.ae. Participants under 18 may be required to provide consent from a parent or legal guardian.

Registration does not guarantee acceptance or attendance. Places may be limited, and HumAIne.ae may verify information, select participants, organize teams, and update the schedule, venue, format, challenge, prizes, or event rules when reasonably necessary. Material changes will be communicated through the available contact details.

Participants must act respectfully, follow venue and safety rules, comply with applicable law, and submit original work or properly disclose third-party tools and materials. HumAIne.ae may remove anyone whose conduct is unsafe, disruptive, dishonest, unlawful, or harmful to other participants.

Participants retain ownership of their original project work. By taking part, participants allow HumAIne.ae to display project names, descriptions, demonstrations, photos, and recordings for event administration, reporting, and non-commercial promotion, subject to applicable consent and privacy requirements.

Prizes, judging criteria, and submission requirements will be described in the event rules. Judges’ decisions are final to the extent permitted by law. The website and event information are provided in good faith, but HumAIne.ae does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every published detail will remain unchanged.
